Sr. Retail Sales Associate
We are seeking a hard working, personable and team-oriented individual to join our team as an experienced Senior Retail Sales Associate. Previous retail experience is required. 20+ hours a week. Seeking someone for a consistent weekly schedule. Weekday morning availability is requested.
Primary Responsibilities:- Assisting retail customers in The Paperie
- Managing Store Inventory
- Maintain and Update Retail POS system including entering orders & updating data and listings
- Manage website content including writing copy for product listings and content planning for web pages.
- Assisting with Print Shop finishing tasks such as packaging cards, enamel pins and pens.
- Ensure day to day processes are being followed
- Maintain the stock and merchandising of the store.
- Must be personable, hard working and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask on many projects at a time
- Prior retail experience is required.
- Enthusiasm for the stationery and gift industry
Graphic Designer
We have a rare opening for a hard working and creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer. In this role, you will work closely with our creative director to assist in the creation of new products, design engaging email marketing campaigns, maintain the visual integrity of our brand website, handle custom orders, capture captivating product photos, and craft compelling social media posts. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer to contribute to every aspect of our brand's visual presence and make a significant impact on our success.
Primary Responsibilities:- Product Design Assistance: Collaborate with the creative director to develop new stationery & gift products, from initial concept to final production. Assist in creating product mock-ups, packaging designs and product graphics.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Design visually appealing marketing emails for both wholesale and retail. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and message clarity.
- Website Visual Upkeep: Maintain and update the visual elements of our brand website, including banners, product images and landing pages. Ensure that the website reflects the latest product offerings and promotions.
- Custom Orders Assistance: Work closely with customers and internal teams to fulfill custom design orders. Provide design support and guidance throughout the custom order process.
- Product Photography: Capture high-quality product photos for use in marketing materials, e-commerce platforms and social media. Ensure that product images accurately represent the quality and features of our products.
- Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging visual content for our social media channels, including graphics, illustrations, and videos. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars and campaigns.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creative portfolio showcasing design skills across various mediums.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage your time effectively on your own.
- Basic knowledge of photography fundamentals and experience with product photography preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing softwares is a plus.
